Patient Feedback Update

We are fully committed to providing the best care to our patients, which is why we've taken extra steps during the last year to solicit feedback from patients and parents about their experience with us. We send a text message to every patient after a visit asking them to complete a short survey. We also ask for more detailed feedback from new patients after their first visit. These and other efforts provide valuable information about what we're doing well and areas where we can improve. We are excited to report that patients consistently rate us as providing excellent service, particularly as it relates to medical care and the fact that we accept Medicaid and provide care to patients who don't have insurance.
